Why We Need You

At Derimod, we are modernizing our financial planning and decision-support capabilities to build a more agile, insight-driven, and data-empowered organization. As we expand our omni-channel structure and accelerate digital transformation, we need a Budget & Reporting Supervisor who will elevate the quality, accuracy, and speed of our financial insights.

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our financial strategies, driving performance transparency, and improving data-based decision making across all business units. You will not only manage core budgeting and reporting processes but also lead the development of more advanced analytical tools, reporting standards, and forecasting methodologies that support our company’s growth journey.

What You Will Do

• Prepare annual budget plans aligned with company targets and manage their consolidation,

• Coordinate budgeting processes with all departments and ensure cross-functional alignment,

• Conduct monthly budget vs. actual analyses, identify variances, and prepare executive reports,

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and deliver clear presentations,

• Perform cost and expense analyses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines,

• Conduct investment evaluations, feasibility studies, and profitability analyses,

• Support continuous improvement and standardization of reporting processes and tools,

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields,

• A track record of successful experience in budgeting, planning, and financial reporting,

• Preferably experience in financial statement preparation, process development, and improvement,

• Knowledge of accounting principles and uniform chart of accounts,

• Strong command of financial instruments, statements, and planning techniques,

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint,

• Experience with business intelligence and budgeting tools,

• Strong analytical thinking, planning, interpretation, and presentation skills,

• Excellent time management and a strong sense of ownership,
