Job Title: Senior Budget Analyst || Indianapolis, IN || Onsite

Summary:
Oversee budget performance, analyze financial data, and provide strategic recommendations to ensure cost control, compliance, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial trends

• Perform financial analysis and recommend improvements

• Manage grants, reporting, and reconciliations

• Approve transactions and support procurements

• Prepare budget forecasts and payroll projections

• Analyze data from financial systems (e.g., PeopleSoft)

• Support stakeholders and address budget-related queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field

• 8+ years in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting

• Strong knowledge of financial systems, accounting, and tax regulations

• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred:

• Master’s degree

• Certifications (CPA, CGFM, CBA)

• Experience with government finance and grants
