Senior Business Analyst

HUED is a leading Saudi firm in service design and innovation , driving digital and organizational transformation, and we’re looking for a Sr. Technical Business Analyst (Contract) with strong analytical skills and a tech-savvy mindset to translate business needs into impactful digital and technical solutions that shape the future of experiences and services in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements , processes, and systems.
• Conduct as-is / to-be analysis , gap assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Support digital and IT projects by aligning business goals with technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Prepare business cases, process models, and user stories to guide solution delivery.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide quality assurance and validation for implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and technology/digital projects .
• Proven ability to manage and support IT / digital transformation initiatives .
• Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, process mapping, and documentation tools .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Consulting background is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications (CBAP, PMP, Agile, or similar) are a plus.
