We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our Professional Services organization. You will work alongside a cross-functional team of Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, and technical resources. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, generating Statement of Work documentation, documenting and improving processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.


Role and activities:

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

• Produce concise and accurate Statement of Work documents using information from stakeholders and the development team

• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements

• Perform quality assurance and acceptance testing

• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our products and services

• Help design, document, and maintain system processes

• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

• Strong technical skills.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Competency in applications including Jira, Confluence, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.

• A track record of following through on commitments.

• Excellent planning, organizational, presentation and time management skills.

• Strong customer-facing communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.

• Experience in software development/delivery, software integrations, API's, etc.

  • Develop new product and service oriented strategies
  • Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team
  • Identify and solve weaknesses within the organization
  • Explore new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years' of experience in related industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
