Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, especially in customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to gather, understand, and document business requirements
• Conduct requirement analysis and prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
• Act as a bridge between customers and technical/development teams
• Organize and lead requirement gathering workshops and meetings
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on business needs
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help ensure solutions meet customer expectations
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure regular communication
• Help prioritize features and plan product or project roadmaps

Key Skills Required:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Experience in domains like FinTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce will be a plus
• Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Rs1,000,000.00 per month
