Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders; create and validate SRS & FRS
• Define and document solution architecture, workflows, and user manuals for new and existing products
• Act as the key liaison between clients, implementation teams, and developers to ensure seamless product delivery
• Develop prototypes & wireframes to communicate business requirements effectively
• Oversee and perform end-to-end testing, maintain logs, and drive timely resolution of issues and bugs
• Analyze existing solutions, identify gaps, and propose strategic enhancements & new features
• Evaluate UI/UX designs and recommend improvements for optimized user experience
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in BA processes & documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate in IT/EC/CE (BCA, B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.E., MSc)
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in Healthcare IT)
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to create functional specifications, system designs, and process flows
• Excellent skills in documentation, stakeholder management & requirement analysis
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Bonus Points For

• Deep knowledge of healthcare payer and provider systems
• Awareness of emerging healthcare technologies and industry trends
• Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks and working with distributed teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
