Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields (Engineering is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role in an Agile software development environment. (Experience in banking, factoring, or fintech is a plus.)
- Solid knowledge of software systems, system analysis & design principles, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational database systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in creating detailed specifications, mockups, process documentation, and presentations.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a user-centric mindset. (Figma knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player.
- Familiar with SDLC and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical functions.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

- Track project progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain product quality.
- Work closely with project managers to prioritize product backlogs and plan agile sprints.
- Prioritize backlogs in collaboration with project managers and lead sprint planning activities.
- Build domain expertise and serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Foster collaboration across departments and maintain transparent, effective communication.
- Provide clear, concise system specs and define business processes to support development efforts.
