Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Business Analyst
with 4–6 years of experience, specializing in
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation
,
data management
, and
recruitment process optimization
. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between HR, technology teams, and vendors to ensure the smooth rollout, customization, and maintenance of ATS platforms while ensuring data integrity and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ATS Implementation & Optimization
-
Collaborate with HR, TA, IT, and vendor teams to lead the end-to-end implementation of ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, ICIMS, Greenhouse).

Gather and document business requirements for ATS configuration, workflows, and integrations.

Develop test plans, execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and support go-live and post-implementation activities.

Map recruitment workflows and ensure proper system design to reflect business needs.
2. Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with TA, HR Ops, and hiring managers.

Act as the SME for ATS functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Create training materials and deliver user training sessions post-deployment.
3. Data Management & Reporting
-
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of recruitment and candidate data across systems.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports for recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline metrics, source effectiveness).

Perform regular audits to maintain data hygiene and compliance.
4. Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in recruitment processes and recommend automation or enhancements through the ATS.

Contribute to continuous improvement of TA operations and candidate experience.
5. Integration Support

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ATS with other HR systems (e.g., HRIS, onboarding platforms, background verification tools).

Monitor integrations and resolve data flow or sync issues promptly.
Required Skills & Experience:

4–6 years of experience as a
Business Analyst
with a focus on
ATS or HR tech implementation projects
.

Hands-on experience with at least one major ATS (e.g., ICIMS, Workday, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, Lever).

Strong understanding of
recruitment lifecycle workflows
, compliance, and HR operations.

Proficient in
data management, reporting
, and working with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Experience in
requirement gathering, documentation (BRD/FSD)
, UAT, and change management.
-
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with integrations (e.g., API, SFTP, middleware) is a plus.
Good to Have:

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, etc.)

Experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) related to candidate data.
