What We're Seeking

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience in the banking or financial services domain is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or product management roles.
• A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding work.
• Proficiency in SQL is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, acting as a bridge between the business and IT departments.
• Interpret business needs and convert them into detailed technical and functional specifications for developers.
• Engage in user acceptance testing and verify new system functionalities to ensure they meet business expectations.
• Design test scenarios, create test plans, and conduct testing activities to validate system changes.
• Assess the technical and functional impacts of different solutions, offer recommendations to business units, and guide the selection of the best approach to fulfill business needs.
• Develop detailed documentation for system changes and create user manuals to effectively communicate these changes to stakeholders.
