Summary Of The Role
This role manages the full development cycle of travel search, shopping, and pricing products and services, including analyzing customer requirements, contributing to solution design, managing configurations, supporting testing and quality processes, preparing documentation and training materials, conducting functional walkthroughs, and collaborating closely with stakeholders within Agile teams using the SAFe methodology.

Reinvent how travelers search and compare options, shaping innovative experiences for journey planning.

Maintain and evolve shopping, pricing, and orchestration services, ensuring scalability and performance.

Master the functional complexity and architecture of advanced travel products and services.

Analyze complex requirements from customers and product management to design effective solutions.

Collaborate on solution design with architects, analysts, and developers, and review customer specifications.

Own maintenance activities, including issue resolution, documentation analysis, and troubleshooting.

Work with structured data formats and manage configurations that control feature activation and behavior.

Deliver clear documentation such as functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Provide functional walkthroughs to align stakeholders and validate feature behavior.

Contribute to product quality, supporting test strategies and reviewing customer test plans.

Follow the full development cycle, from design to delivery and handover to implementation teams.

Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and maintenance teams, often within Agile teams using SAFe methodology.
About Ideal Candidate

5+ years of experience in technical analysis and solution design

Proven analytical, design, testing, and maintenance skills

Collaborative mindset with clear communication and presentation abilities

Experience with service-oriented and event-driven architecture

Knowledge of cloud services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
-
API expertise (SOAP, RESTful, Protobuf)

Familiarity with metadata/service contracts (WSDL, OpenAPI, JSON Schema)

Hands-on experience with test tools like Postman, RobotCode, ALM Octane

Agile/SCRUM mindset
