Senior Business Analyst

An established national retirement benefits organization is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the planning, design, and enhancement of core business, financial, and operational systems. This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning complex data into insights and driving meaningful system and process improvements.

What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and resolve system issues.

• Lead design and prototyping sessions to improve business processes and information flow.

• Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements or optimization strategies.

• Prepare clear reports, business cases, and solution proposals.

• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to guide decision-making.

• Develop system models, documentation, and specifications for technical teams.

• Coordinate testing and lead end-user training for new or updated systems.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in the pension industry .

• Proven experience supporting system design, development, and implementation.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization.

• Solid understanding of databases, data retrieval methods, and system interoperability.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly organized, conscientous and effective in busy environments.

• Strong teamwork, stakeholder engagement, and customer-service mindset.
