Senior Business Analyst

Hi All.

We have urgent openings for Sr Business analyst role with SnapWork Technologies

Experience : 8+ Yrs

Location: Chembur - Mumbai

Working Day: 6 Days( 2nd and 4th Saturday are Off)

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Conduct GAP analysis, AS-IS / TO-BE documentation, and support design discussions.
• Coordinate with tech, product, QA, and business teams for requirement clarity.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect tracking, and production go-live activities.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environment and manage product backlog.
• Provide demos, walkthroughs, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in Insurance or Banking domain.

Note: Candidate those who have relevant experience from Banking domain and who have strong experience in capturing front-end requirements for mobile applications or web portals specifically in the BFSI domain may only apply.

Candidates should be smart, energetic, and possess excellent communication skills.
