Senior Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst , you will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements and solutions. Leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate analysis, improve accuracy, and enhance stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a passion for using technology to optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end business analysis process , ensuring timely and accurate delivery of requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements , using AI tools to speed up documentation and insights.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows , leveraging Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Maintain and manage the product backlog , including epics, and user stories, ensuring prioritization aligns with business objectives.
• Use AI-driven solutions (e.g., for data analysis, requirement documentation, and process mapping) to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Ensure all requirements are clear, complete, and well-documented for Engineering teams to avoid ambiguity and enable accurate implementation and testing.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams , providing clarifications and supporting Engineering throughout the development lifecycle.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies .
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business and quality standards.
• Stay updated on AI tools and best practices that enhance BA productivity and recommend adoption where relevant.
• Collaborate on API analysis and third-party integrations to enhance system capabilities.
• Provide leadership and ownership in cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for documentation, data analysis, and workflow automation (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot etc).
• Proven ability to create clear, concise documentation (user guides, manuals, process flows).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in wireframing and prototyping tools to visualize requirements and user flows.
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like JIRA, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
