Senior Business Analyst

TMC Middle East is currently engaged in a project with one of our prestigious customers in

Abu Dhabi.

We are seeking a highly capable expert to help TMC to deliver this assignment.

The engagement will be 2-3 years long. Potentially longer.

About the Role:

Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: 8+ Years

Department: AI & MS Dynamics 365

Preferred: Good Communication & Diverse candidates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, ideally in AI, data, or digital transformation environments.

• Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, ML models, automation workflows, APIs, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including basic understanding of entities, workflows, or customization.

• Exposure to GenAI ecosystems (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.).

• Experience with automation tools (RPA, IPA) or process improvement methodologies.

• Background in digital transformation or AI-enabled solution delivery.
