Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will lead requirements discovery, process optimization, and solution design to support business transformation initiatives. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Strategy

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projects
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed solutions

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with senior stakeholders, executives, and product owners
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and design discussions
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams

Requirements & Documentation

• Create and maintain:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
• Use cases, process flows, and wireframes
• Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with business objectives
• Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off

Delivery & Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA teams
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews)
• Ensure solutions meet business goals, timelines, and quality standards
• Mentor junior business analysts

Required Skills & QualificationsCore Skills

• Strong experience in business analysis methodologies (Waterfall & Agile)
• Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• Advanced stakeholder communication and facilitation abilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Technical & Tools

• Experience with tools such as:
• JIRA, Confluence
• MS Visio / Lucidchart
• SQL or data analysis tools (preferred)
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows (preferred)

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications (preferred):
• CBAP / CCBA
• PMI-PBA
• Agile / Scrum certifications
