ملخص الوظيفة

نبحث عن محلل أعمال تقني / رقمي (Technical Business Analyst) يتمتع بالكفاءة والدقة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل. سيكون شاغل الوظيفة حلقة الوصل الرئيسية بين العملاء وفرق التطوير البرمجي، حيث يتولى تحليل احتياجات الأعمال وترجمتها إلى متطلبات تقنية واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة فهمًا عمليًا لتطوير التطبيقات والمواقع الإلكترونية، إلى جانب مهارات تحليلية عالية وقدرة على إدارة وتسليم الحلول الرقمية بكفاءة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين العملاء، وأصحاب المصلحة، وفرق تطوير البرمجيات.

• جمع وتحليل وتوثيق متطلبات الأعمال والمتطلبات التقنية من العملاء والجهات الداخلية.

• تحويل متطلبات الأعمال إلى مواصفات وظيفية وتقنية واضحة، تشمل:

• وثائق متطلبات الأعمال (BRD)

• وثائق المتطلبات الوظيفية (FRD)

• قصص المستخدم (User Stories)

• مخططات سير العمليات (Process Flows)

• التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التطوير، والتصميم، وضمان الجودة، وتقنية المعلومات لضمان دقة التنفيذ.

• دعم دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات (SDLC) من مرحلة التحليل وحتى الإطلاق.

• إجراء تحليلات الفجوات ودراسات الجدوى للمبادرات الرقمية وتطوير الأنظمة.

• تنظيم وإدارة ورش العمل والاجتماعات والعروض التقديمية مع العملاء والفرق الداخلية.

• المشاركة في اختبارات قبول المستخدم (UAT) والتحقق من توافق الحلول مع متطلبات العمل.

• متابعة الحلول المنفذة واقتراح تحسينات مستمرة بناءً على الأداء وملاحظات المستخدمين.

• دعم أنشطة إدارة المشاريع، بما في ذلك متابعة الجداول الزمنية، الاعتمادات، وإعداد تقارير التقدم.

المتطلبات التقنية والمهنية

• فهم قوي لتطوير تطبيقات الويب وتطبيقات الهواتف الذكية، بما يشمل:

• الواجهات الأمامية (Frontend)

• الأنظمة الخلفية (Backend)

• واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs)

• خبرة عملية في العمل مع فرق تطوير البرمجيات والعملاء ضمن بيئات تقنية.

• القدرة على فهم التصاميم التقنية وشرحها بوضوح لأصحاب المصلحة غير التقنيين.

• الإلمام بمنهجيات التطوير الرشيق (Agile) و/أو التقليدية (Waterfall).

• إجادة استخدام أدوات تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير مثل:

• Microsoft Excel

• Power BI

• SQL

• إلمام تام بمنصة Microsoft Azure وخدماتها ذات الصلة.

المؤهلات والخبرة

• درجة البكالوريوس في أحد التخصصات التالية أو ما يعادلها:

• نظم المعلومات

• نظم المعلومات الإدارية

• علوم الحاسب

• هندسة البرمجيات

• هندسة الحاسب

• إدارة الأعمال (بشرط وجود خبرة تقنية مثبتة)

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال تحليل الأعمال التقني أو الأدوار المشابهة ضمن بيئة رقمية أو برمجية.

• خبرة مثبتة في العمل كحلقة وصل بين العملاء وفرق التطوير التقنية.

• مهارات عالية في التحليل، وحل المشكلات، والتفكير النقدي.

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.

• القدرة على إدارة عدة أولويات والعمل ضمن بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical / Digital Business Analyst with high competence and attention to detail to join our team. The role holder will serve as the primary liaison between clients and software development teams, responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable technical requirements. This position requires practical understanding of application and website development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage and deliver digital solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and software development teams.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from clients and internal parties.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, including:

• Business Requirements Documents (BRD)

• Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)

• User Stories

• Process Flow Diagrams

• Collaborate closely with development, design, quality assurance, and IT teams to ensure accurate implementation.

• Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from analysis through deployment.

• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for digital initiatives and system enhancements.

• Plan and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with clients and internal teams.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements.

• Monitor implemented solutions and propose continuous improvements based on performance and user feedback.

• Support project management activities, including timeline tracking, dependencies, and progress reporting.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Strong understanding of web and mobile application development, including:

• Frontend systems

• Backend systems

• Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)

• Proven experience working with software development teams and clients in technical environments.

• Ability to understand technical designs and clearly explain them to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall development methodologies.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as:

• Full familiarity with Microsoft Azure platform and its related services.

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines or equivalent:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in technical business analysis or similar roles within a digital or software-driven environment.

• Demonstrated experience acting as a liaison between clients and technical development teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
