Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our globally distributed team. In this role, you will act as a critical liaison between our onshore product management team and offshore development teams. You will translate high-level product requirements for our cutting-edge, AI-forward, cloud-native enterprise SaaS platform into detailed user stories and technical specifications.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, a solid understanding of agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with onshore Product Managers to understand product vision, roadmap, and high-level requirements.

• 
  Analyze and decompose complex business needs into clear, concise user stories with testable acceptance criteria.

• 
  Work closely with engineering teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and business context.

• 
  Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies to maintain a ready-to-work backlog.

• 
  Act as the primary point of contact for development teams to clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

• 
  Validate delivered solutions against business objectives and quality standards.

• 
  Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, data models, and API specifications as needed.

• 
  Bridge business needs with technical realities, ensuring engineering requirements reflect core use cases.

• 
  Identify and define technical and operational requirements for AI-powered features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 
  3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a software development environment.

• 
  Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• 
  Demonstrated expertise in writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• 
  Strong understanding of cloud-native concepts (microservices, containers, serverless, APIs).

• 
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• 
  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 
  Experience working effectively in remote offshore/onshore team models.

• 
  Experience in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.

• 
  Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in software products.

  Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile project management tools.

  Basic understanding of API design principles (REST) and data query languages (SQL).

  Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies.
