Job Vacancy: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive account management
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, use cases, wireframes, and system interaction diagrams
• Assist in project planning, defining milestones, critical paths, and delivery timelines
• Lead project lifecycle activities including design, development, and testing to ensure requirements are met
• Prepare proposals, statements of work, and deliver presentations to clients and management
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to project teams
• Analyze business processes, assess performance, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure quality and client acceptance of deliverables

Qualifications & Experience:

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SQL, and business analysis tools
• Experience in project management, change management, and system integration
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month
