Senior Business Analyst

Overview:

This role is responsible for gathering business requirements and identifying operational gaps to support the design and implementation of effective systems and solutions. The Senior Business Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA team, UX/UI designers, and business owners to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs. The role also contributes to product success and continuous improvement in business analysis practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions

• Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Work closely with developers, QA team, UX/UI designers

• Mentor junior Business Analysts and support process improvements

• Manage communication with multiple stakeholder groups

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role

• Proven professional experience within the FinTech sector, including hands-on involvement in digital financial services, lending platforms, or other technology-driven financial products.

Key Competencies:

• Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC, Agile methodologies)

• Familiar with tools such as JIRA, Visio, Draw.IO, and Figma

• Strong communication and presentation skills
