Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team on-site in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will leverage your extensive experience to analyze complex business challenges, design innovative solutions, and ensure that all technical initiatives align with our corporate strategic goals

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirements of gathering, documentation, validation, and change management.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and define clear functional and non-functional requirements.

Develop business models, process maps, feasibility studies, and gap analyses to support decision-making.

Translate business requirements into detailed BRDs, SRS documents, use cases, and user stories.

Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Evaluate existing systems and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend optimized solutions.

Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.

Prepare analytical reports and insights to support strategic planning and operational excellence.

Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices such as BABOK, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in business analysis, IT projects, and digital transformation with a proven track record in large-scale enterprise projects.

Language: Native Arabic and fluent English are mandatory.

Location: Must be based in Saudi Arabia for full-time on-site work.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Mastery of business modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, Lucid chart) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and presentation development.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
