Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) who can take ownership of business requirements, bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensure that every solution delivered is aligned with real business value.

You are not just documenting requirements—you are shaping how decisions are made, how processes are improved, and how systems are successfully delivered. You will act as the key connector between business stakeholders, project teams, and IT, ensuring alignment from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.

Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current processes and identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Solution Definition: Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business users, project managers, and technical teams.

UAT & Testing Support: Define test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Workshops & Facilitation: Lead requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

Project Support: Monitor progress of initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives and scope.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise, IT, or consulting environments.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to break down complex problems and translate them into structured requirements.

Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.

Tools & Documentation: Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.

Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.

Mindset: Structured thinker, detail-oriented, and confident in facilitating discussions and driving clarity in ambiguous situations.
