Senior Business Analyst

Role description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather analyze and finalize business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and obtaining formal signoffs from approvers.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents BRD and Functional Requirement Documents FRD to support development and implementation activities.
• Facilitate and drive project meetings with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Perform data analysis to ensure data quality validate accuracy and confirm correct calculation of business outputs and reports.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing UAT with business users and QA teams to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with Onsite and Offshore teams to successfully execute Business Analyst responsibilities across the project lifecycle from initiation to postimplementation support.
• Conduct business and data analysis for both new requirement development and ongoing production support ensuring continuous improvement and system stability.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Good understanding of Retail Banking products and domain concepts.
• Experience working as a Techno Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and interpret large datasets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of SQL with hands on experience in querying and data validation.
• Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and ETL Extract Transform Load processes.
• Knowledge of software testing concepts including support for UAT.
• Ability to clearly understand and communicate business domain concepts to both technical teams developers testers and nontechnical stakeholders.
• IIBA Certification is mandate.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $79,851.00 to $107,720.00 per year
