Turn the messy reality of government processes into clear, build ready requirements, the bridge between what entities need and what engineers build.
RQMNA turns complex government and enterprise needs into sovereign platforms that millions of people use.
We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst, on site in Muscat, to translate national platform requirements into something teams can build.
What you'll do: Elicit what entities really need, map the processes, and turn it into clear, build ready requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, and document requirements from many government entities and stakeholders
Map current state and future state processes, and model them clearly, for example in BPMN
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops, and resolve conflicting requirements into one coherent picture
Run gap, impact, and feasibility analysis, and surface risks and dependencies early
Maintain requirements traceability from need through to delivered feature
Partner with product, architecture, and engineering, and support user acceptance testing
Validate that delivered solutions actually meet the requirements, and close the loop
What makes you a fit:
You have been the senior business analyst on complex software, and your specs got built
You are excellent at elicitation and facilitation, and you draw out what stakeholders actually need
You model and map processes clearly, and you write crisp, unambiguous requirements
You bridge business and engineering, and both sides trust your translation
You turn conflicting, messy demands into one ordered, agreed picture
You hold a Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field; business analysis certifications are a plus
You are rigorous about traceability, and nothing important falls through the cracks
Bonus points for government, public sector, or regulated process work
Fluent English required; Arabic is a valuable advantage
If you turn government complexity into requirements teams can build, do it here. Apply.
