Act as liaison between the client’s business organization and software delivery teams.

Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives or system enhancements.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects.

Perform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and drive business insights.

Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management.

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.

Minimum of 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst or Business Analyst with a track record of successful project delivery.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Proficient in various requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques (e.g., business process modeling, use cases / user stories, data flow diagrams, data interrogation, data mapping, etc.)

Proficient with tools to create wireframes/Workflow like Balsamiq, Lucid charts, MS Visio, UML etc.

Solid understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and various development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA)

Excellent english communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization..

Thorough understanding of software development architectures and the entire software development lifecycle.

Able to write SQL queries.

Certification(s) such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) is a plus.

Experience with Business Process Management Solutions such as Macess (BPM) is nice-to-have
