We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Business Analyst
with expertise in
Agile
methodologies to drive business transformation and deliver valuable solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to analyze complex business problems, define requirements, and support the delivery of innovative solutions while championing Agile principles.
Responsibilities

Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements and translate them into actionable functionality

Assess risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impact, providing clear recommendations for decision-making

Model processes, data flows, and technologies to understand current challenges and identify opportunities for improvement

Create compelling business cases to secure approval, funding, and prioritization for initiatives
-
Document updated requirements to align with solutions across the project lifecycle

Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements from business needs through testing and implementation
-
Collaborate with software suppliers, designers, and developers to manage limitations and ensure requirements are addressed

Configure and document software and processes using standardized tools and methodologies
-
Define and validate acceptance criteria, ensuring solutions meet business needs through testing coordination

Plan, execute, and monitor Business Analysis activities to achieve project objectives within agreed parameters of cost, time, and quality

Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including facilitating large design sessions to drive alignment

Guide and mentor Business Analysis teams on projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment to organizational goals

Propose and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and higher project value delivery
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

7-10 years of experience in IT, with proven team leadership capabilities

Background in Agile frameworks and tools, with significant experience in Agile projects

Expertise in educating stakeholders such as Product Owners and Business Partners on Agile principles

Proficiency in creating detailed business cases and capturing functional/non-functional requirements
-
Skills in modeling processes, data flows, and technology systems to identify improvement opportunities
-
Competency in using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally for backlog management and tracking
-
Understanding of testing lifecycles with the ability to define acceptance criteria and validate solutions
-
Showcase of experience leading stakeholder management and complex workshops in large organizations
-
Flexibility to manage documentation standards and tools, ensuring seamless software and process configuration
Nice to have

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification

Lean Practitioner training and associated experience

Agile certifications or relevant trainings, such as SAFe or Scrum Master
