Senior Business Analyst – API with SQL

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – API with SQL to drive business analysis, requirement gathering, and API integration initiatives.

This role requires strong expertise in business analysis, stakeholder management, and technical communication, with a focus on API and SQL-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and elaborate requirements in outsourced environments with flexibility to accommodate time differences
• Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate BA work with large customer groups
• Document requirements, system guides, and user guides with proven development and elaboration skills
• Analyze existing systems and applications to understand business logic, workflows, and data structures
• Evaluate technical feasibility, integration points, and system dependencies to ensure system alignment with business goals
• Work with offshore teams to manage technical communications and deliverables
• Utilize diagramming skills to visualize processes and requirements
• Apply Agile methodologies, especially within the Scrum framework
• Use JIRA and WIKI software for project tracking and documentation
• Demonstrate strong spoken and written English skills

Requirements

• 6-9 years of working experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile development processes with significant Agile experience
• Expertise in API integrations, including RESTful and SOAP APIs, endpoints, methods, headers, and status codes
• Proficiency in SQL queries, relational database concepts, and data extraction, validation, and analysis
• Skills in requirements documentation, system/user guides, and technical communication
• Familiarity with JIRA and WIKI software
• Background in working with offshore teams and managing deliverables
• Understanding of legacy systems and capability to identify functional and non-functional requirements
• Flexibility to adapt schedules for outsourced environments
• Good spoken and written English level
