The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital banking initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital solutions. The role involves preparing documentation, supporting testing activities, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to the enhancement of digital banking platforms.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for digital banking initiatives.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation and improvement.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories.
  • Work closely with technology, design, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and facilitate timely issue resolution.
  • Perform gap analysis between current and proposed systems to identify functional and technical gaps.
  • Assist in defining business rules, workflows, and integration requirements for digital banking solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure alignment on solution design and implementation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and monitor the effectiveness of delivered solutions.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Banking, Loan Origination Systems, Mobile Banking, or Internet Banking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of banking products such as payments, transfers, cards, and customer onboarding.
  • Experience in documenting APIs, integration requirements, and collaborating with middleware teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with requirement-management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
