We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Financial Services / Process Transformation).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Analyze existing operational processes and resource allocation models (As-Is)
- Design and document target operating models and processes (To-Be)
- Develop transformation roadmaps and actionable recommendations
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and documentation
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal consulting teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Consulting
- Proven experience in process transformation and operating model design
- Strong background in financial services (banking, credit unions, or FinTech)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Process modeling (BPMN / UML)
- Requirements and findings documentation
- Tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience working with US-based clients
- Advanced / Fluent English (daily communication with senior stakeholders)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in consulting environments (e.g., Big 4 or similar)
- Background in analytics or BI
- Prior involvement in banking or credit union transformation programs
Work Conditions:
- Remote work with occasional onsite workshops in the US (Texas)
- Work schedule aligned with US time zones
