Senior Business Analyst (IBM Maximo)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (6–7 years of experience) with a solid background in IBM Maximo (MAS) to join our dynamic, globally distributed team. The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery and optimization of Maximo-related projects for enterprise clients across the U.S. and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to IBM Maximo (MAS) systems and business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and implement solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct QA and testing to ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and performance meet business needs.
• Utilize SQL for data analysis, reporting, and validation of system changes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and functional specifications.
• Create insightful business reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Facilitate user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert for IBM Maximo (MAS), advising on best practices and optimization strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 6–7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (MAS) configuration, customization, and functional support.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow automation, and data integration within Maximo.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience in QA/testing, issue tracking, and validation processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
