Senior Business Analyst (Infor Experience focus)

Midco International is a manufacturer of industrial natural gas burner products. We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst to join our team to implement, support, maintain, and improve our ERP environment. This role will work closely with stakeholders from all functional areas (sales, customer service, planning, purchasing, production, shipping/receiving and inventory control) to transition the organization from the current ERP system, Epicore CMS to the new system, Infor Cloud Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and improve book to bill process map
• Provide technical support to ERP system users
• Assist with maintenance of ERP system
• Train new employees on role specific ERP usage
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes
• Maintain business metric dashboards
• Work with users to troubleshoot system issues
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and capture business requirements
• Analyze and document current processes, changes to processes, and/or new processes to be defined, including cross-functional impacts across business functions
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• Lead meetings, e.g., business requirements review, testing engagement, etc.
• Actively participate in formal presentations to a variety of management levels.
• Coordinate system/user testing as required; analyze and validate testing results.
• Act as a reference and provide support to application users with respect to questions arising from application/functionality adoption and use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience with Infor Cloud Suite ERP implementation & deployments is required
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
• 5+ years Business Analyst experience
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Strong SQL query ability
• Experience analyzing and improving business / ERP process
• History of leading groups in all business areas

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
