Required Qualifications

  • 5–15 years of BA experience in PC insurance, with minimum 3+ years specifically on Duck Creek Claims.
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain, workflows, business rules, and PC LOBs like DuckCreek Personal and Commercial Auto.
  • Skilled in writing clear documentation: BRDs, use cases, process flows.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and facilitation abilities.
  • Agile/Scrum experience, with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Duck Creek modules (Claims).
  • Duck Creek Claims Business Analyst , should have knowledge in DuckCreek Personal and Commercial Auto,
  • Good experience of client facing and able to handle client query.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, process flows, BRDs/FRDs, and system specifications.
  • Assist designing and implementing integrations between Duck Creek and third-party systems via APIs (REST/SOAP), including XML/JSON mapping and web service contract reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, QA, and offshore teams to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Support system configuration, API-based customizations, UAT, regression/system testing, and end-user training.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments for changes/customizations, and refine processes against Duck Creek platform capabilities.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies (if Agile), demos, and requirement sign-offs.
