We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support infrastructure upgrade projects within the life sciences sector.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, document, and drive the implementation of business and technical requirements, ensuring the successful migration and management of parallel environments. Join our team to help bridge business needs with technical execution and contribute to impactful infrastructure improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and technical requirements
  • Analyze current systems, workflows, and processes to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications for technical teams
  • Maintain traceability of requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Define approach and document workflows for managing parallel legacy and upgraded environments
  • Develop operational processes for functionality and data consistency between environments
  • Analyze and document requirements for content and data migration between platforms
  • Define processes for data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity
  • Identify dependencies and risks associated with migration and propose mitigation strategies
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Prepare and present project documentation, progress reports, and risk analyses to stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and demos to gather feedback and foster collaboration
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including requirements, workflows, testing results, and migration plans
  • Support post-upgrade transition by identifying improvement opportunities and aligning with operational objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in infrastructure upgrade or platform migration projects
  • Proven expertise in business analysis within life sciences technology environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate across technical and business teams
  • Experience defining and documenting requirements for technical infrastructure projects
  • Ability to analyze complex workflows and data migration processes
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English at B2+ level

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Certifications such as CBAP or CCBA in business analysis frameworks
  • Experience with content migration tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of life sciences regulatory environment
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
