Senior Business Analyst (Management and Budget)

An incumbent in this position must be able to perform advanced professional budget analysis by evaluating data from multiple sources, preparing narrative and financial reports, and providing informed recommendations. This position supports matters related to the Unincorporated Municipal Service Area (UMSA) community redevelopment agencies (CRAs), including the creation of municipal CRAs, their annual budgets, and amendments to redevelopment plans or findings of necessity. The role also includes processing of incorporation and annexation efforts in Miami‑Dade County, as well as working with Municipal Advisory Committees and community groups interested in establishing new municipalities or pursuing annexation requests.
