What You'll Own

You'll join a boutique strategic design and technology consultancy and embedded full-time, onsite at one of Saudi Arabia's leading banks in Riyadh. The agency places specialists inside client organisations and operates as a trusted extension of the client team, not a vendor on the outside. This particular banking relationship is one of their most established, with team members on the ground who the client has actively fought to retain.


The bank is building a new mobile banking product. The specifics are commercially sensitive and shared post-selection. What's not sensitive: this is a serious build, moving fast, and the embedded team on the ground needs a technically strong BA to hold the compliance and delivery thread together.


You'll be the connective tissue between business stakeholders, compliance teams, and delivery squads, turning SAMA's Consumer Protection Framework requirements into requirements that designers and engineers can actually build to, sprint by sprint. The technical depth here is not optional.


What You'll Focus On

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, compliance, product, and engineering, ensuring SAMA CPF obligations land correctly in every sprint
  • Write BRDs, user stories, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) with explicit CPF compliance mapping
  • Run gap analyses and impact assessments against CPF guidelines early in the delivery cycle, before problems become expensive
  • Validate with UX/UI designers that designs meet both business intent and SAMA usability standards
  • Own backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, and sprint readiness within Agile squads
  • Support UAT planning, test coverage across functional and regulatory scenarios, and post-release compliance validation


Who You Are

  • 6 to 8 years as a BA in digital product or enterprise environments, with strong mobile banking or fintech experience
  • A genuine technology background: software development, systems analysis, or solid front-end awareness. Pure process BAs without technical depth will struggle here and it will show quickly
  • Solid knowledge of SAMA CPF, UAE Central Bank CPF, DFSA, FCA, PSD2, or equivalent. Willing to get across SAMA CPF before your technical interview? That works.
  • Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Postman, and AI workflows
  • Agile practitioner in regulated delivery environments; you know what good looks like
  • Clear communicator: you can explain a compliance trade-off to a developer and a C-suite exec back to back, and both conversations land


Stands out if you have:

  • Arabic language proficiency
  • GCC or KSA market experience
  • Financial services background (strongly preferred; genuine standouts from adjacent regulated industries considered)
  • Sample BRDs, RTMs, or user story documentation to share
