Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing
- Build and manage a pipeline of SME, enterprise, and HNW investor clients
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate closely with consulting, PRO services, and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Represent Tejwaans at networking events, industry forums, and government-organised business expos in Doha
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts in HubSpot
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
- 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (Qatar or wider GCC strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding quotas
- Strong understanding of corporate services, business setup, or professional services market
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English; conversational or fluent Arabic strongly preferred
- Valid Qatar driving licence and QID transferable
