Senior Business Consultant

Drive new business and close enterprise deals across our company formation, PRO services, and consulting verticals. Own a sales territory, manage a healthy pipeline, and convert qualified leads into long-term clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing
  • Build and manage a pipeline of SME, enterprise, and HNW investor clients
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate closely with consulting, PRO services, and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Represent Tejwaans at networking events, industry forums, and government-organised business expos in Doha
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts in HubSpot

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
  • 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (Qatar or wider GCC strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding quotas
  • Strong understanding of corporate services, business setup, or professional services market
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English; conversational or fluent Arabic strongly preferred
  • Valid Qatar driving licence and QID transferable
