We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager with strong experience in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn lead generation, and IT services sales.
The ideal candidate must be able to handle a BD team, generate international leads, and close deals. This role requires ownership, leadership, and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Development (BD) team and ensure daily productivity
- Generate and close leads from Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other platforms
- Develop and execute Upwork bidding strategies (connect usage, proposal quality, follow-ups)
- Handle LinkedIn outbound sales and international client communication
- Monitor team KPIs, targets, and daily/weekly reporting
- Train and mentor junior BD executives to improve performance
- Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
- Identify gaps in the BD process and improve response and conversion rates
- Coordinate with management to align BD activities with company goals
- Take ownership of results and ensure consistent lead flow and revenue growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
- Strong hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer
- Experience in handling and managing a BD team
- Basic to good English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Target-driven and accountable mindset
