We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager with strong experience in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn lead generation, and IT services sales.
The ideal candidate must be able to handle a BD team, generate international leads, and close deals. This role requires ownership, leadership, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Business Development (BD) team and ensure daily productivity
  • Generate and close leads from Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other platforms
  • Develop and execute Upwork bidding strategies (connect usage, proposal quality, follow-ups)
  • Handle LinkedIn outbound sales and international client communication
  • Monitor team KPIs, targets, and daily/weekly reporting
  • Train and mentor junior BD executives to improve performance
  • Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
  • Identify gaps in the BD process and improve response and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with management to align BD activities with company goals
  • Take ownership of results and ensure consistent lead flow and revenue growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
  • Strong hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer
  • Experience in handling and managing a BD team
  • Basic to good English communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Target-driven and accountable mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs90,000.00 per month
