The Senior Business Developer (Digital Marketing Experience is a Must) in Cairo will play a key role in driving our client’s growth in Egypt and regional markets.


Our client is a reputable Digital Marketing Agency based in Dubai and Cairo.


1. Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within Egypt and the wider MENA region.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, and service presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close new business deals with B2B clients across various industries.

2. Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Translate client goals into clear briefs for internal teams and monitor project delivery.
  • Maintain continuous communication between clients and creative, marketing, and digital teams.
  • Conduct performance reviews and present campaign outcomes and improvement plans.

3. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Dubai headquarters to align on strategy, pricing, and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with Cairo-based teams (design, media, and technical) to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

4. Market Research & Reporting

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the Egyptian market.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline and sales performance reports for management review.
  • Represent Semicolon Agency at events, networking gatherings, and client meetings.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications .
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in sales or account management within a digital marketing, media, or advertising agency .
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, social media, web development, and branding.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
