About the Role:

EWDTech is on the lookout for a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager who can take ownership of revenue growth and drive new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of IT and digital services sales and knows how to turn leads into long-term clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong pipelines through lead generation, networking, and outreach
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with company solutions
• Lead, guide, and support the business development team
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Tools & Platforms You’ll Be Using:

• CRM Tools (HubSpot / Zoho CRM / Salesforce) for managing leads and pipelines
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach
• Email Outreach Tools (Mailchimp / Apollo / Lemlist)
• Project Management Tools (Trello / Asana / ClickUp)
• Communication Tools (Slack / Microsoft Teams)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive for reporting & documentation)
• Lead Generation Tools (Crunchbase / Hunter.io / Similar platforms)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in business development within IT or digital services
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confidence in dealing with international clients
• Leadership mindset with ability to manage and motivate a team
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
