Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach & Delegate Acquisition

• Identify and engage senior professionals, decision-makers, and industry experts from global pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
• Promote conference participation through professional outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.

Market Research & Industry Intelligence

• Conduct research on target companies, key stakeholders, and emerging industry trends.
• Analyze market developments to identify new opportunities for conference growth and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions, and business opportunities.

Client Support & Coordination

• Address inquiries professionally and provide timely solutions to client concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of conference participation and delegate engagement.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Performance & Growth

• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Leverage industry knowledge to add value to client interactions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business administration, IT, CS or a related field.
• Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in a similar role, though motivated fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
