Key Responsibilities
1. Counselling & Career Guidance
- Connect with prospective learners via calls or video sessions to understand their goals and challenges.
- Counsel them on career growth paths and how NxtWave’s programs can accelerate their success.
2. Sales & Conversion
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead engagement, needs assessment, product explanation, objection handling, closing, and post-sale support.
- Present the value proposition and uniqueness of NxtWave’s programs confidently and empathetically.
3. Pipeline & Target Management
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all learner interactions, ensuring effective follow-ups.
4. Feedback & Collaboration
- Share learner feedback with marketing and operations teams to improve campaigns and processes.
- Ensure each interaction upholds NxtWave’s commitment to learner satisfaction and empathy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹410,000.00 per month
