Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in job portal sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients (recruiters, companies, HR consultancies), promoting job posting services, and building strong relationships to grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for job portal services.
  • Pitch job posting packages, resume database access, and recruitment solutions to businesses.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with lead and client data.
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends in job portals.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales related to job portals (e.g., Naukri, Shine, Monster, TimesJobs, etc.).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and job portal features.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any field (MBA/BBA in Marketing is a plus).
  • Knowledge of recruitment agency networks and corporate HR connections.
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
