We’re looking for a result driven Senior Business Development Executive to help grow our U.S.-based medical billing services. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding clients, and building strong, lasting relationships to drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new healthcare clients in the U.S. market.
  • Present and promote company services to key decision makers.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain long term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Track leads, conversions, and performance using CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 3 years of proven sales or business development experience in the medical billing industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target driven and confident in achieving sales goals and KPIs.

  • 10% commission on each closed client for the first 3 months’ invoices
