About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Executive – Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall expansion of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s footprint.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and close deals effectively.
• Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and problem-solving aptitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of core experience in business development, revenue generation, or client acquisition.
• Proven track record of securing business and driving revenue growth in advertising, marketing, or event-based industries.
• Strong command of English communication – verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
