ConstructEstimates.com is a fast-growing construction estimation firm that provides accurate and reliable quantity takeoffs and cost estimation services for U.S.-based contractors, subcontractors, and developers. Our team helps clients bid confidently, save time, and win more projects.

We’re now expanding our business development team in Lahore and looking for a results-driven Senior Business Developer with a strong background in U.S. construction estimation, CSI divisions, and GC relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients from the U.S. construction industry, including General Contractors (GCs), Subcontractors, and Estimation Firms.
  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and construction platforms (e.g., Bluebook, PlanHub, BidClerk, iSqFt, ConstructConnect, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and present estimation solutions tailored to specific CSI divisions (Concrete, MEP, Finishes, Earthwork, etc.).
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the estimation team to prepare proposals, quotations, and estimation samples for prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent Plan Estimates professionally in client meetings and online demos.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the U.S. construction estimation or outsourcing industry.
  • Solid understanding of CSI divisions, construction drawings, and the estimation process.
  • Proven track record in selling estimation or takeoff services to U.S.-based GCs, subcontractors, and builders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong written and spoken English.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, email campaigns, or Upwork lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve measurable results.
  • Knowledge of U.S. construction market trends, bid process, and general contracting practices is mandatory.

Sales Commission:

  • Up to 10% commission on closed deals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Has previously worked for or with a U.S.-based construction estimation or outsourcing firm.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and proposal pitching to U.S. contractors.
  • Understands the U.S. construction bidding process, CSI division structure, and construction terminology.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
  • Performance bonuses for exceeding monthly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
