About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic Interior Design and Fit-Out company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and project acquisition within the interior design and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in commercial, retail, and residential projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction from concept to completion.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of proven sales experience in the interior design or fit-out industry within the UAE.
  • Strong network of industry contacts, including developers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license is a must.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
