Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Do partner & vendor onboardings and ensure smooth sales assistance
  • Generate revenue by expanding into new cities and services
  • Monitor, train and guide the sales team in onboarding partners as per requirements
  • ⁠ Lead the sales team in effectively addressing vendor concerns
  • Mentor team members to improve partner handling and communication skills
  • Handle escalated cases and ensure proper closure within defined timelines
  • Define and analyze metrics and KPIs to efficiently track progress

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
