Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales and client engagement across multiple platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in lead generation, client management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management.
  • Attend webinars, networking events, and online platforms to promote services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Experience with freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of software products and IT services is a plus.
  • Target-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
