Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Bahria Town Lahore. The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, lead generation, proposal writing, and communication with international clients through freelancing platforms and CRM systems.
You will play a key role in expanding our client base, generating qualified leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads through Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
- Identify and approach potential clients for IT and digital services
- Write customized proposals and respond to client requirements effectively
- Manage pipelines and client interactions using HubSpot and Zoho CRM
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io for lead generation and outreach
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients through Slack and Zoom
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure follow-ups
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales
- Hands-on experience with:
- Freelancing platforms: Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer
- CRM tools: HubSpot, Zoho CRM
- Lead generation tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io
- Communication tools: Slack, Zoom
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Knowledge of digital services/IT industry is a plus
