Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive – Banking

Location: NASTP Building, 69 Abid Majeed Road Lahore Cantt.
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of exp in Banking

Role Overview:

Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key partnerships, and expanding product adoption within the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within banks and financial institutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (banks, partners, regulators)
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and product placements
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles: pitching, negotiation, closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) for smooth execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development within banking/fintech
  • Strong understanding of banking products (payments, lending, digital banking, etc.)
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing partnerships
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives

Preferred:

  • Existing network within banks/financial institutions
  • Experience working with digital/fintech products
