Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive – Banking

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of exp in Banking
Role Overview:
Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key partnerships, and expanding product adoption within the banking and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within banks and financial institutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (banks, partners, regulators)
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and product placements
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles: pitching, negotiation, closure
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) for smooth execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in business development within banking/fintech
- Strong understanding of banking products (payments, lending, digital banking, etc.)
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing partnerships
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
Preferred:
- Existing network within banks/financial institutions
- Experience working with digital/fintech products
