Job Summary
Infomatic is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth across both B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure within the IT industry.

This role requires expertise in LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, lead generation tools, and consultative selling. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with decision-makers and potential clients.
  • Manage cold email and email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to build a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized business solutions based on client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, project scope, and contractual terms with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3 - 4 years of Business Development or IT Sales experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C lead generation and sales closing.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and prospecting tools.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and lead management systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of IT services including Web Development, Mobile Applications, SaaS, AI Solutions, Cloud Services, and UI/UX.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international clients in the US, UK, Europe, or Middle East markets.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with outreach automation and lead generation tools.
  • Established network within the IT or technology sector.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
